These are held in the Church Hall of St. Oswald's church from 11.30-12.30, followed by a shared lunch. There is parking opposite the church, beyond the Vicarage, and through a narrow entrance in the wall.

Venue: Outdoors. Outside the Fylingdales base on the A169 road from Pickering to Whitby (approx. 9 miles north of Pickering)
For many years, Quakers have witnessed against nuclear weapons and preparations for nuclear war, by holding Meeting for Worship here outside the NATO Early Warning base. Except in extreme weather, we aim to hold the meeting on the first Saturday of alternate (odd) months.
Wear warm clothing and bring something to sit on. Pickering meeting house will be available for use of the facilities and a Pickering Friend will be on hand to welcome us afterwards and provide drinks.
Lifts are available and car-sharing is encouraged.
